Liked: Very close to lake and train station
Disliked: Room too warm , opened the windows but too noisy and was on 6 floor . Breakfast not great variety

Wonderful location at the city...

Clean, functional, centrally located

Liked: Centrally located, efficient, had everything we needed.
Disliked: Rooms were a tad pokey but did the job and a fair reflection of the cost.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast is really good, is not included but worth the money. The beds are comfortable and the location is really handy. The staff were very nice and friendly. They give you free access to all the transport services
Disliked: The only thing is if you need to leave your luggage you need to pay.

Great staff who couldn't do...

Liked: Staff were brilliant - they arranged travel passes for the whole family before we arrived and were incredibly helpful. Even when we has a problem with the noise and the room being stuffy, they quickly and efficiently arranged a fan for the room. I cannot fault the customer service.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the worst part of Geneva we came across. Our room outlooked onto a bar that had people outside until the early hours of the morning. Whilst the area was super convenient for the train station there were people hanging around the streets outside the hotel and it wasn't ideal for a family.

a great (budget!) hotel with...

Liked: amazing staff, superbly helpful and kind! The room was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed, lovely and clean, shower was hot and the hotel was quiet. Really nice bar area downstairs for breakfast (which, sadly, I didn't have time to enjoy!) A great supply of snacks, hot drinks etc also available from the foyer.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything! The hotel is exactly as promised :) The only thing I would love is an official option for early check in.... but I appreciate this may be impossible to fulfil.
