Would consider using again.

Liked: Location excellent, staff helpful, checking smooth. All very clean and breakfast value for money with great choice.
Disliked: Would have liked coffee making facilities in the room. Also the thermostat didn’t seem to do anything-our room was very warm. We eventually opened the window but traffic noise was a bit annoying.

Liked: The location and staff were great.room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When we want to check out at 3am, We were trapped in the elevator. The door wouldn't open properly and it kept going up floor by floor. We felt extremely helpless and scared. We tried pressing the emergency button but there was no response. Eventually, we had to force the elevator door open.
