Liked: Breakfast was lovely although coffee could be hotter. Room really nice and big comfortable clean bed.Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Water wasn’t very hot in the shower on the morning. It was in the evening that we arrived.

Liked: Should put kettle in the room for baby needs such as warm water. Rooms quite hot in middle of spring season & needs air condition in sunny day.

Liked: Geneva provides a transport pass, making it convenient to access the city center while staying close to the airport.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in the room - an air freshener is definitely needed.

Good location, facilities and service.

Liked: The facilities are very clean, the staff is super friendly and willing to help you all in time and the hotel is close to the airport.
Disliked: The only negative comment I have is that someone from the staff promised me Mexican tamales for breakfast and I haven't found them anywhere. I'm kidding, I have no negative comments.
