Disappointing

Liked: The location was OK, and the neighbourhood seemed to be safe.
Disliked: It was hard to imagine junior suite room without a lift access - very disappointing as we had to carry all the heavy luggages down the stairs to the room. The shower room was also quite small. Also, some staff members at the front desk were very unfriendly. At first, they couldn't find my reservation details (even though I showed my booking numbers), so I had to wait for quite a while until they serve others.

Liked: Leku lasaia eta ibai ondoan dago. Erdigunera joateko ordu erdi bat behar da oinez baina ibai ertzeko bi aldetako pasealekuetatik oso bide atsegina da. Ohea eta gosaria ondo.
Disliked: Oso komun itoa da, eta dutxa furgonetakoa dirudi. Almohadak hain dira zapalak pelota bat eginda ere bajuak direla.

Nice location - very cramped...

Liked: Very good European style buffet with the usual mix of meats, cheese, cakes, granola & yogurt. 2 coffee machines and both were working!
Disliked: I was very frustrated with the staff. I spoke with the front desk on Saturday and advised I had an early morning flight the next day. I specifically asked if coffee was available at 0530. "Oh yes, coffee is available 24 x 7 and my colleague would be happy to help you in the morning" was the response. Sunday morning I checked out of my room at 0545 and asked for coffee before my cab to the airport. The Gentleman at the front desk proceeded to give me an elaborate song and dance that it was Sunday, peaked into the breakfast room, and advised no coffee available - sorry! No coffee service in the room - no coffee in the lobby - not what I expect from the Accor hotel group.
