Liked: hotel was nice, rooms were a bit shabby for 300 for the night, but i guess its the location that pushes the price up the hotel outside the rooms was lovely
Disliked: the bed was very hard and we didnt get a lot of sleep in them

Liked: I would like bedside drawers for underwear,socks no facilities for this.
Disliked: Lack of drawers underwear etc....

Room could be better

Liked: Staff were excellent, breakfast was good and public areas were modern, clean and well presented.We had an accessible room, which meant a large bathroom. This was clean and the shower worked well.
Disliked: There was no lid on the toilet or brush. Also, a lack of shelves to put anything on, other than above the lidless toilet (no thanks). The living accommodation was very small, with no discernible gap between the beds (I was sharing with my father) and there was a lack of storage, with just a paltry two shelves. I did think that having an accessible bathroom meant a sacrifice on the living accommodation. For the price (over £250 per night) I thought it was below par.

Pleasant

Liked: The location can't be beat. Walking distance to the train, a million restaurants and all the tourist attractions.
Disliked: The bathroom pod situation is unpleasant at best. There seems to be no exhaust fan and the room is tiny so its like being in a weird, slippery sauna.
