Lovely clean and spacious room and a fine shower also.

Liked: Nice room and breakfast and so near La Belle Angele.

Disliked: Bathroom felt like it had been brought from a dismantled cruise ship. Very small and uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. No firm pillows were available.

Very helpful staff, excellent location....

Liked: Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Royal Mile, National Musuem of Scotland, Ghost Walks, Holyrood Palace. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Nice selection of coffees/soft drinks. Nice touch with the traditional Irn Bru!
Disliked: The litttle coffee machine in the room was broken. Bit of a faff having to use the extension cable to plug in kettle etc. The step down in from the bathroom into the room was a bit slippery - easily rectified with a small towel.

Disliked: Nothing like the pictures. Extremely disappointing. Breakfast is like hostels & repeats itself. Cleaning with a robot vacuum is not acceptable for hotels.
