Disappointing
Liked: location was great - across from the luas stop at the red cow
Disliked: We were initially given Room 134 on the ground floor, which was a disgrace considering the nightly rate of 275euro we were paying. Room was freezing, it honestly looked like an old room that was used for storage and yee decided to put a double bed in it with a plastic table and 1 chair!! Worse was the BIG green Skip right outside the window.I didn't accept it and asked for an immediate change of room which your lovely receptionist agreed to.That room should be put out of commission.
