Liked: Breakfast was great; staff were wonderful
Disliked: Air conditioner didn’t work properly—moved the air but did not cool the air. I turned it off and opened the windows.

Liked: The staff were excellent. Hospitable and efficient in spite of being very busy. I appreciated the secure bike lock up facility and the provision of an electric kettle. Location suited me well. It was a simple, well equipped room. Clean, light and perfect for my needs.
Disliked: Nothing really except I was surprised that not one English language tv channels was available. Some RT channels seemed to be available in German. Bit of a worry. However, I appreciated what the hotel offered and once again enjoyed Dresden.

Liked: very nice hotel, very nice breakfast, good quality selection, very happy with my stay.

Great location, comfortable room

Liked: Great location, simple but comfortable and nice room. Perfect for a couple of days. Walking distance to Altstadt, shopping mall, Starbucks, stores, restaurants and main station are nearby. I would stay next time at this hotel again.
Disliked: Nothing super bad, but mini fridge and safe would be nice to have in the room, as well as kettle and coffee-maker.
