Great Locaton.

Liked: Great location, walking distance from Train Station and Trams
Disliked: The pillows were lumpy, we had to ask for extra pillows which was given to us but no better than what we had. Time this hotel got new pillows.

I enjoyed the old world...

Liked: Location was ok, convenient.
Disliked: The pillows are feather and uncomfortable, some people are allergic to this and this needs changing asap. The interior decor is old and bad taste and needs updating. It is mostly German-centric in terms of customers and some staff don't even speak English, which I am not saying cos I'm English but because English is the common language for the world - so this surprised me.
