Liked: The hotel is perfect for using the trams. There are many historic buildings easily accessible close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: We would have appreciated a kettle and two mugs in the room.

Liked: This hotel is amazing, the stuff was very polite, the room was clean. It’s one of my best experiences. The location is very convenient- lots of bars, cafes, shops around + bus/train station. Stunning view from the room, everything you need is about 10-15-20 min by walk. The breakfast is one the best in Europe. Usually typical europenean breakfast - coffee/tea/juice, yogurt, donuts, cereal, maybe 1 sort of cheese/sausage. But here- a big variety of food including vegetables, fruits, eggs, different bakery, etc. It was a big pleasure to stay there. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Cleaning wasn’t very good. Sometimes stuff didn’t throw away garbage from the room while cleaning, left 2-3 towels per 2 persons. But generally our staying was perfect.

Fine location and good en-suite

Liked: It served the purpose, was quite alright. There was aircon and it was easy to adjust it (we were in Hague on quite a hot day).
Disliked: There was no coffee provided, but oh well.
