Liked: Reception ambiance was good but room lack basic amenities like fridge
Disliked: Room a bit tight and no fridge

Extremely hot room, no airconditioner

Liked: The location, the view, the room and the staff
Disliked: It was extremely hot in the room and the airconditioner was not working. I wasn't able to sleep and had an awful night. Went to the reception at 5am and asked if there was something they could do. They mentioned the airconditioning did not work and the only thing they could offer was a fan. I know the staff did all they could do, but it doesn't change the fact our stay was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The room was good and also the view fro the sixth floor
Disliked: The cleaning of the room was not very often as we liked

Liked: Easy check in. very central location near to tourist tram stop. Clean room on the 4th floor with goos overview of the city.
Disliked: No issues for our visit. I could not work the air conditioning which would be a problem in 'the summer'.
