Bad

Disliked: I got bit through the night my legs were covered in massive bites. My leg swelled up. I asked for some compensation or discounts on the next nights stay and all I got was it happens due to the location and they would change my room. Not even a free drink or breakfast. I was in severe pain due to the bites . I would not recommend this place at all.

Liked: Not very much. It is not an attractive place. The rooms are old fashioned and cramped. They are poorly lit.
Disliked: As above. We left early and there was no office or person to leave the key with. No staff present on the site.

Liked: Near to city centre , but that’s what I wanted . Hotel had electric very high front gates which opened when leaving and as you entered . Felt secure on my stay
Disliked: The cafeteria was pretty much a disaster . Had lots on menu ., but when I went for food the only thing I could purchase was a bowl of chips and two cheese and ham toasties . Which were drastic .

Liked: Quiet location, comfortable beds, very clean and modern accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Sat nav could not find the hotel so visitors would benefit by putting the address into their sat nav, rather than the postcode.

Good. I would stay there...

Liked: The room was in good order, food was easily available and nice. The young guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there with my 4 year old son and it felt safe and secure.
Disliked: Small elements like the tap being loose and lots of people walking past the room and making noise.
