Liked: had everything u would need, was very comfy and quiet. had the shop close too
Disliked: the shower didnt work in the room which shouldve been checked before hand, taps smelt disgusting and so did the toilet

Great stay, great staff who...

Liked: There was a large group of us that travelled for an event. A lady called Alex on the main desk was very helpful from check-in and for the rest of the evening was very helpful when we were all ordering food and drinks. All the staff were so great considering we caused the hotel to be very busy due to large numbers
Disliked: Would be better if parking was included in stay as we had to pay for parking both at the hotel and at the event due to coming and going to and from both places.

Liked: Staff were lovely, good breakfast!
Disliked: First room had a bad smell. Staff were lovely and moved us to another room without any problems and apologised. Unfortunately window in second room did not close properly ( lock was broken) and so room was noisy due to lack of soundproofing g. Since we’d moved already and the staff were so kind, we did not want to complain a second time and tried to put up with it. Also air con/ heating did not work in second room.

Convenient & comfy stay

Liked: Handy location on the edge of town, really comfortable bed & shower unit was great. A good nights sleep tbf.
Disliked: Wifi was a bit intermittent & the price was steep but that was due to high demand on the weekend.
