Disliked: They had booked us but didn’t give us any room. Made us walk with 2 kids on the road at midnight to go another hotel .

Great location, bad bathroom

Liked: Location is fantastic.
Disliked: The bathroom badly needs an update. The shower was cold and overall not best to use.

Perfect location and the staff...

Liked: Location is perfect to access everything in Christchurch.
Disliked: The air conditioning is a little noisy but I do like a very quiet sleep environment.
