Liked: The staff was amazing, super kindly and available. The breakfast has a lot of great food and various.

Nice stay

Liked: Nice clean room and good location to the station.We enjoyed our stay and room was quiet.
Disliked: Parking is really expensive and confusing as NCP car park next door to the ibis Hotel.Parking ends at 4am in morning so you technically have to pay for 2 nights parking for a one night stay coming to £31.95 & You can’t pay by the hour either !

Disliked: One lift broken and the other was so busy you could not get into it.

Disliked: Only one toilet at reception which requires a key card to access

Disliked: The beds were 2 singles with mattress toppers on ! And we were quoted for a room with a double bed, also the bedside furniture was too small
