A good emergency accommodation when...

Liked: We booked late notice after a delayed flight. It does what it says on the tin but expensive but so is all of Switzerland. The staff were super friendly even late at night and helped us get snacks which were much needed. Thank you reception team you were great
Disliked: As soon as the planes started in the morning you could hear them in the room as if a jet engine was next to your bed. It was terrifying, but then I realised it was ok.The Aircon is slow and ineffective and seemingly only on when it's super hot outside despite the rooms being warm. window had to be opened which amplified the sound to great effect.Here's my text based impression of a jet engine: fffffffrrrrrreeee-SHAAAAWWWWWSHSHAAAAWWWEEE-OOOOOooooocccccccaaa.a...aa.a....aThat's what it sounds like from about 5am about twice an hour. Bring earplugs

Liked: Staff at reception really went out of their way for me and my 2 kids ( small ) for 2 nights and were very polite Highly appreciate it
Disliked: The room services was a little let down As when you travel with kids and eat and sleep in the room - the bedding should be Changed as there is only 1 chair and kids can’t eat by themselves if they are toddlers Food was little dropped and I forgot to put the bed linen change paper on the bed as there is so much to remember
