Horrible experience Ibis hotel

Liked: At the hallway they have cold water which you can take with a can from the room.
Disliked: A power outage at a hotel is really mind blowing for a hotel while all the staff was just holding a meeting.The outdoor parking is almost completely empty and still they charge 30ZL for 1 day.I have found a blade of a razor blade in the shower while arriving, the hygiene in this hotel is below standardsAfter breakfast you need to pay for your coffee / Thee.Dear guests I would not recommend this hotel to stay as it's a complete piece of shit.I would urge you to look for a different hotel.

Liked: It was a short stay on our way to vacation and hotel met all the expectations. Quick checkin, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, no noises at night, parking. All was well.

Liked: The location was close to the airport, but there were no shops around. Value for money. Clean
Disliked: The breakfast was rather modest. Staff at check in was rather impolite, couldn't find my reservation for some time and said "we don't have such a guest". Was rather disappointing

Disliked: I don't like hidden fees, it's a scam. It is stated that parking can cost up to 35 zlots, it cost 40 euros. This lie is misleading when choosing a hotel, it is simply a scam. Because I could have chosen a much better hotel. There were more things there that correspond to the level of third countries and are very far from even Polish standards. The only thing is, the sink is in the room not in the bathroom, and there are stairs to the shower...it's from the 19th century...there are no words. The room reminded me of a farm not a hotel room. It's amazing when there is one price written on the beer fridge, but when you walk exactly five meters to the place where you have to pay, it suddenly becomes more expensive. These are world records, prices change with every step you take...

Exceeded my expectations!

Liked: My recent stay at the Hotel Ibis n Wroclaw, Poland, was amazing! I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding staff, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel so welcome throughout my visit. Equally remarkable was the **spaciousness of the room**, which provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, exceeding my expectations for a hotel in this category.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better as there was no halal options but thats okay, it was still good.
