Disliked: No customer service, online check in was painful, zero reception so frustrating when you want to ask questions, room was so tiny and very basic

Liked: I was charged by booking.com, which is normal. I use booking. Com always. Then was charged $267.00 by the motel. They said they did not have it but the bank statement says different. Had to wait over an hour to get confirmation to get the access code. Many guests said the same. I am disappointed in the way they operate. I still cannot get hold of anyone to return my money. The rate quoted by booking.com was correct, but the second charge i still can not work out. I had to give my credit card to get in the door.People stay there because it is near the hospital. More stress added.
Disliked: Taxi system didn't work.Contact with staff is nil.

Disappointing

Liked: Really small rooms. probably only good if you need some where to sleep. Everything worked tv ac ect. probably all you can expect for price and location.
Disliked: Crack heads up all night in and out of rooms about 100 times a night is a bit noisy, especially the beeping when entering codes on doors for room entry.

The room was not worth...

Disliked: The shower was too small , shower curtain was useless as it clung to your body and let water out onto the bathroom floor. Room was very small. NOT worth the price.

Very clean, excellent location, good...

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean and it was a convenient location with good off streetparking. The bed was comfortable and the pull down blind allowed complete darkness - good for sleeping. A toaster in the room would have been handy. The electronic check in process was easy
