Liked: The property is close to the city , with easy access to the RBWH hospital and cancer treatment locations
Disliked: * The rooms are located less than 50 meters from 9 lanes of high volume 24/7 traffic. You will this traffic at all times of day and night. * 24/7 check in refers to self online check in, there are no onsite staff to assist you in any manner. (except a cleaner and occasional security guard)* Parking is offered , but limited, Very limited. If you can not get a parking bay, expect to park multiple blocks away * As there are no lifts , you can constantly hear bags and items being dragged up and down stairs and doors slamming open and closed. * Queen bed does not equal Queen Mattress. For my stay in particular, Queen bed meant 2 twin singles pushed together.* If there are maintenance issues, repairs , extra conditions for your stay, you will be told about these AFTER you have arrived and checked it. * The over powering bleach/chlorine cleaning smell will force you to open the traffic facing window to make the room tolerable.

Disliked: The Beds are TERRIBLE. I have stayed in 3 different rooms, and every one of them had awful Beds We won't be staying at your Motel again until you get new beds
