Liked: Code entry system great. Air-con was great - location great - calling taxi very easy and works well.
Disliked: The bed closest to bathroom - the mattress should go to the dump - the top covering of actual mattress has pulled away and can see the foam - guess not complying with health regulations. The shower room/toilet etc., design re water on floor (not safe for elderly tenants) - very unsafe - the whole floor area becomes wet when carefully!!! using the shower - needs to be investigated and made more safe for everyone. For the money your rooms are too expensive and we will seek alternate accommodation next time - if we need to go to RBWH from Bundaberg. Would appreciate a reply at your convenience.

Disliked: The fact that I couldn’t have my support/ service dog with me , so i organised somewhere else for my dog! Only to get back to room code not working and cancelled with no refund

Liked: Self check-ins and checkouts, facilities & rooms accessed with codes make it easier for those that like no hassle. Management provides information by personal message, and then you're in & out at your own pace with no waiting around.
Disliked: The location is right beside a main stripe. If your room isn't tucked away in the back of the accommodation, you will hear a constant sound of traffic, late in the nights and early in the mornings. For those who like calling it early or sleeping in beware

Liked: Do not stay at this property. It is a scam.
Disliked: There are no onsite reception staff. They tried to take payment again for the rooms we booked despite the rooms having been paid for.
