Overall, I am satisfied with...

Liked: I liked the clean room, the presence of 2 towels and a foot towel, the clean bathroom and shower with soap and gel shampoo, the presence of air conditioning
Disliked: I really did not like that I often had a problem with the key card that did not allow me to open my room, sometimes even after I had the key card replaced with a new one, especially when I arrived at 2am at the night and could not get into my room with my things, changing the key card did not help either, I was changed for one night, and only the next day I was able to get into my room and to my things. Also, when I returned to my room, I realized that the lighting on the walls did not work, only the main light (in the last room I spent the night it worked). I also didn't like the hangers for clothes in the room, they were constantly falling down because they were poorly fixed. I am not satisfied with the fact that due to constant problems with key cards, I had to constantly change them at the reception and spend the night in a different room without my things, and after going through this, no one offered me any refunds or at least an apology or at least one free breakfast

Disliked: The bedsheets had red blood spots. Pillows smelled extremly bad, both beds were uncomfortable and almost broken making loud sounds with every move
