Exceptional stay, comfortable, location great.

Liked: Great and spacious room, very good shower, super-clean. Staff was super friendly and provided recommendations to be around the city. Location was great as it was close to Vienna Central Bus station VIB (we walked 5 minutes to reach the hotel) and was near metro station Gasometer which takes to Stefansplats in 10 minutes. We didn't have breakfast in our booking, but one day decided to pay and try, it was quite good, as usual for Ibis chain of hotels.
Disliked: Nothing, I would stay here again for my upcoming trips.

Rude, aggressive staff. Filthy rooms...

Liked: Nothing. Just the absolute worst hotel I've ever visited.
Disliked: 1. Staff was very rude and aggressive. Watch out for that man with curly hair at the front desk. That piece of work ruined my vacation.2. The beds were dirty. There were traces of hair. And the bedsheets looked so yellow they don't wash them properly3. The sink in the room drains slowly4. It's close to the highway so its very noisy.5. Difficult to close the window blinds.6. No electric outlet close to the bed. And there's only one available in the room

Liked: Basic but comfortable hotel in classic Ibis style. Spacious room, good value for money. Perfect if going to concerns at Arena Wien (across the street)
