Disliked: The property is listed as air conditioning however the air conditioning is switched off during the winter, which was not mentioned. We have to stay 3 nights with kids in a warmer room. Upon complaining not received any response. Even Booking.com did not provide satisfactory support. Highly disappointed.

Very good

Liked: The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was really clean and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with the metro station quite close – perfect when attending a concert at Gasometer. Great value for the price. The check-out process was super easy; you just had to drop the room key into a box and you were done.
Disliked: What was weird that eggs at breakfast table were already peeled. They were also cold and to me they tasted funny... Also there could be bit more fresh stuff at breakfast. Like maybe few fruits. There were only small tomatoes. But this is really not a big deal. What was bit worse was, that I had a room facing the street. At some point early in the morning, it got bit hot, but I couldn't open the window because of the terrible noise from the street. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it didn’t seem to be working.
