There is no hairdryer, and...

Disliked: There is no hairdryer, and the bathroom still has soap left by the previous guest, along with hair stuck to it. There is no trash bin in the toilet—where are we supposed to throw anything other than toilet paper? The floor has small pieces of trash. I still have 9 days left in my stay. Given these conditions, is it possible to cancel the remaining nights and receive a full refund?

Liked: The cleanliness and the saff were all very friendly (at the reception, at the breakfast and even the members responsible for cleaning the rooms were all very friendly and welcoming)
Disliked: There are not a lot of options for the breakfast and it was the same all the days and the rooms were a bit noisy

Good acomodation for the price

Liked: Good accommodation and clean, the rooms are simple but they comply perfectly.
Disliked: The room is a little simple and the location is a little removed from the center (40 min walking)

Passable

Liked: walking distance to the Congress Centre (VIECON, Wien Messe). Very simple and basic hotel, perfect if not staying there too much of the day/only sleeping. wifi was stable. Fresh towels every day.
Disliked: Very basic rooms; Shower as a "box inside the bedroom", toilet in closet. Door card didn't work on two evenings, had to go to the reception twice. Construction work started at 6.30am.
