Liked: The attendee at the desk was very accommodating with parking. Booked in the following two nights for us. They also let the teenager use the microwave to cook popcorn.
Disliked: The batteries falling out of the remote and teenager saying there is no tv lol

Liked: Location was perfect as we were working at the show.
Disliked: The room was not serviced when the door tag was placed on the door so we had no clean towels There are no power points beside the bed to charge phone The Novotel was offering a better price for accommodation and I had booked a non refundable stay thinking I was getting the best price possible

Liked: Love the location, so close to venues for concerts and shops just down the road. Very basic as expected. Lots of public parking nearby
Disliked: Didn’t like the bathroom being a part of the main room. Could shower and watch tv at the same time which could be a plus for some people.

Location and price for hotel...

Liked: I like that is was close to everything and it was cheap for the location and it being IBIS
Disliked: It was a bit dirty, had a couple of blood stains and other stains on the blanket, the tv was covered in some weird substance, dusty, the chair that was in there was also dirty and had some coffee stains or something on it (there were dried up coffee drips on the chair or some sort of dried up drip)I also feel 40$ for parking is a little steep, considering 35$ in the carpark down stairs is cheaper..

Disliked: I called multiple times to arrange a late check in , and reception didn’t answer the phone or return my messages. I had to finish work early and rush to get there to get my key. Very poorly managed.
