Liked: Staff were friendly room was neat and tidy we had breakfast with our room it was included nice food selection with fresh fruit your had a choice of different types of breads cereal you can get tea coffee juice hot chocolate easy to check in and out

Liked: great location very close to railway station .great breakfast we always stay here when we come to sydney staff always very friendly we will be back
Disliked: the only thing you have to be careful of is the steep roads with luggage in this area particularly if you are elderly like me

Disliked: Rooms are not cleaned properly, we found rubbish and a sock down the side of the top bunk bed. staff and cleaners are not friendly. Parking was horrendous and nearly impossible to reverse out of our spot due to construction materials in the way.

Disliked: A bit noisy - you can hear people easily in the corridor and on the road outside

Liked: Good location and breakfast, very kind and welcoming staff! There was an issue with our room and they changed it promptly!
Disliked: The room was a bit noisy, since for some reason we could hear another room's water flowing while they were using the bathroom.Also, the elevators are way too slow
