Liked: Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Rather dirty room, beds uncomfortable, Aircon did not work for most of the night and when it did it was very loud.

Liked: Clean and well maintained. Excellent location for trains and also not too far from old town. Good breakfast. Staff was very kind and customer service was excellent.
Disliked: The location can get a bit busy in general, the hotel is literally looking at the main train station. It can be a bit noisy, but it wasn't too bad, I was expecting worse to be honest.

Liked: Awesome location! Just across the road from the train station and minutes walk from the old town. Clean and friendly staff! Great breakfast
Disliked: We missed a few things like places to hang out towels, a kettle etc.

Liked: Location great for visiting city and arriving by train. Cheap option for a night or 2 with young children.
Disliked: Can be noisy at night , particularly in summer if need windows open. Bathroom very small but functional.

Strasbourg in July is worth...

Liked: The staff was really nice and easy going. The breakfast was really nice and offered what you expect when travelling like that. The location downtown and the rebate on the parking lot were really good advantages
