Liked: Exceeded my expectation, all parts of my stay I describe as good.Location very good. Easy access and very enjoyable stay.Staff was helping and friendly. Local 24hours areas of eating nearby. Yes all good with me

Perfect location, staff were very...

Liked: We were there for a family function. So location was perfect. Easy to get into and out off.
Disliked: I feel a few renovations wouldn’t hurt. Just to spruce it up a little and maybe a comfy chair to sit on.

Good location, lacking in cleanliness...

Liked: Proximity, good water pressure in shower.
Disliked: Blood on my “clean” towel - called reception multiple times and left a message, no reply. When I went downstairs to get a new towel I was told they were “very busy” - 2 staff members were cleaning the reception area. Shower/toilet design is bad and water gets all over the toilet, no bath mats to mop this up so you have to sacrifice your only towel if you want a dry floor to go to the toilet.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Bed linen and towels are very clean!Location is good - close to the airport and about 15 min walk to St Peter’s station.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the bedroom.We stayed 4 nights and only once our room was cleaned. Unsure if that’s how Accord works.There was a smoke alarm that went on for a few minutes, no one from the staff came to check what was going on.We decided to try the breakfast they offer, unfortunately there weren’t enough plates nor glasses or coffee cups.
