Excellent value for money - will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Clean and simple room; excellent value for money.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were really helpful but just wish we could open a window - it was so stuffy.

Disliked: The fact that it was very hot and we could not open the window.

Great hotel and the price is amazing too. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was very clean and modern; excellent and would definitely stay again.

Liked: It was perfectly situated with restaurants/shops etc located in very close proximity. The bed was comfy and the bedding was clean
Disliked: On arrival to our room, we noticed that the floor was dirty - almost like it hadn't been swept and then it was just mopped over and the dirt had been ground into the flooring. I came to use the sink and it was very lose to which I mentioned to the receptionist however they didnt seem too interested. The shower was of the size in a small touring caravan and not much room to manoeuvre. Theres only two plug sockets in the room which isn't ideal either. I understand its budget but the state the hotel is in, budget doesnt cut it. It needs a good clean and fresh paint. I came down for breakfast at 8am and they had already ran out of items and when asked if they had anymore I was told no and they were having a delivery in 3hrs time (not ideal when at that point id have left and breakfast would be over). Definitely wont return.

Liked: Staff were good and helpful when booking in. How ever at breakfast only one member of staff on duty which wasn’t enough.
Disliked: The lift was out of order which mean’t we had to change room’s to ground floor. These were disabled rooms which were meant for some one with a lot of difficulty.

Liked: This was a great find!A lovely hotel, basic but extremely comfortable, clean with the best location for our cruise booked.The room was large enough with an ideal little shower unit.No tea or coffee facilities but surrounded by TGFriday, McDonald’s and a bigger Ibis hotel with a bar!Would certainly recommend and stay again.
