The hotel is lovely and the staff were really helpful but just wish we could open a window - it was so stuffy.
Disliked: The fact that it was very hot and we could not open the window.

Great hotel and the price is amazing too. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was very clean and modern; excellent and would definitely stay again.

Liked: Booked with Ibis Budget but on arrival this was closed. Given an automatic upgrade to the Novotel and then given a Superior Room
Disliked: Struggled to get comfy with the pillows supplied but not a major issue

Excellent...accept for above
Liked: Room was of high standard with just minor issues ie. bathroom sink waste water did not run away
Location was ideal with local shops & eateries.
Bed was very comfortable and extremely clean on inspection
Disliked: Cheaper bar prices (tariff not visibly displayed) and lacking variety options, should not be expected to pay high prices for a lack of preferred preference. Abroad you would receive with a beer or wine with a small bowl of either crisps or nuts as standard, this would have slightly justified the prices charged

Hotel lovely but eat out...
Liked: Comfy bed, lovely room service staff.
Disliked: Paid £12 for a brown paper bag breakfast. Warm coffee, plastic tub of porridge, some pastries that were over cooked and an apple! No air con and the windows were on a cord so couldn't open them to get any air in the room

Liked: Was able to make a very last minute booking close to midnight after missing my train.Hotel is very close to city centre and train station.Due to Covid 19 I was upgraded to the hotel next door as the Ibis Budget was closed.Hotel facilities were really nice and the room was pristine! Staff were really lovely.

It was a nice stay
Liked: There wasnt much to offer with breakfast I asked if there was anything different and was told no I think £12 was quite expensive for what you get
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but with the covid the bar and restaurant was shut but nobody told us until our last night that we could order drinks at reception
