Excellent value for money - will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Clean and simple room; excellent value for money.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were really helpful but just wish we could open a window - it was so stuffy.

Disliked: The fact that it was very hot and we could not open the window.

Great hotel and the price is amazing too. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was very clean and modern; excellent and would definitely stay again.

Liked: The staff were ready to help. Struggled a little with the card key. One of the housekeepers came to assist.
Disliked: The lift takes a bit time, perhaps due to the number of floors.

Disliked: Drunk/drug addict people outside and inside the hotel walking towards me outside the hotel to speak/mumble to me very very uncomfortable!

Disliked: Hotel needs to decide if it’s housing the homeless or for guests on holiday or business!Always a group of homeless guests congregated on the nailed down picnic benches out the front , smoking,conversed in loud colourful conversation ..friendly enough people. Not what you want on your holiday with children. An argument with swearing and banging one night woke us up, staff did not intervene. A “lady walking around the reception in her PJs. .Key cards did not work the three times we returned from our days out and had to be reprogrammed. The TV remote had no batteries or back, staff exchanged. Another trip to reception to sort issue
