For the price I don’t recommend this place. I know it says budget but for that price you expect the room to have carpet. The room was tiny and the shower you could walk straight into the bedroom. Then we had to pay for a coffee. I wouldn’t stay here again for that price.

Liked: It was near the venue.
Disliked: The room was bad for the price.

Liked: Everything, especially the male receptionist.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very convenient hotel to stay at when going to a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. Incredibly easy to get to when travelling by public transport - we used train and tram. Hotel was a five minute walk from tram stop. Will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very modern and clean. Staff excellent; very polite.
Disliked: Beds a bit too hard and not enough pillows.

Needs more pillows. One flat pillow per bed not enough. No others available upon request.

Budget hotel experience as expected

Liked: Location was great for Sheffield Arena (next door)Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good although it was very busy and not enough seating.
Disliked: One of the towels provided was very dirty, but changed quickly at reception. It would be nicer if the bathroom facilities were in one room rather than as part of the bedroom (the toilet cubicle was a bit claustrophobic)

OK for 1 night

Liked: So close to the arena, literally a two minute walk. If you view it as just somewhere to sleep it is OK, nothing special but not terrible. Take a kettle.
Disliked: We knew it would be basic so can't even say that was negative but it could do with a lick of paint. The breakfast isn't worth paying extra for, only had it because it was included. But literally just toast/bread cereal or a mini muffin. Small choice of stale cheese and ham.

Basic, Clean, Good Location, Expensive

Liked: Perfect location for Utilita Arena. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower in the middle of the room is not ideal when staying as friends. There's plenty of space for it to be designed with an enclosed shower room.I know you're paying for the location but the price for the room was ridiculous.

Happy with the overnight stay.

Liked: Excellent position for Arena. Good parking facility even when car park was full. Clean room.
Disliked: Basic room with no facility to make a drink.
