Well worth staying.

Liked: Everything, especially the male receptionist.

Very convenient hotel to stay at when going to a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. Incredibly easy to get to when travelling by public transport - we used train and tram. Hotel was a five minute walk from tram stop. Will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Beds a bit too hard and not enough pillows.

Needs more pillows. One flat pillow per bed not enough. No others available upon request.

Liked: We ended up staying for an extra night, the staff was super nice, the location was really good with the cineworld cinema and entertainment valley within 5 minutes of walking, great budget hotel

Staff need to be professional.

Liked: When check in around 6.30/7pm male staff at reception was not helpful in fact was not professional.
