Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, the service was very friendly. Our dietary request was also met immediately.
Disliked: There is no separate bathroom, the shower is in the room. Which is not a problem for a short stay.

Poor

Disliked: I booked a room saying they are dog friendly which they were but they didn't specify that the price of my booking will change . 12€ to add a dog is really unacceptable, especially if you are not told in advance Furthermore I booked a non smoking roomThe door says no smoking yet the room smelled so much like cigarette it made me sick and gave me a headache I had to keep the window open the whole night to be able to breathe ( room 219) if you need the specification.

Liked: It has beds & washing facilities. Basic, but functional. Good for emergencies
Disliked: No staff on site, check-in touch screen was non responsive, hard to follow and difficult to use with stupid questions and pointless adverts. No parking available as designated car park was a known place to park securely for free by locals.

Liked: Free parking. Good location beside tram station. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Shower in room. Only soap behind door in shower. Street noise. Impersonal.
