Great budget option for Rouen

Liked: Excellent location right next to the motorway - it seemed a lot of people were using it to get around the Air Quality tag that is required in Rouen, judging by the windscreens in the car park (not sure this location will totally exempt you though) - cleanest French budget type hotel I've stayed in with proper air conditioning and none of the usual smells. A 5 minute walk to the tram which takes you into the centre in just 10 minutes.
Disliked: A visible member of staff, just generally, would have been nice - I know these places have to keep expenses down but, for such a large hotel (dozens of rooms), it offers re-assurance.

Great hotel for a stop...

Liked: Great location easy to find. Very friendly & helpful staff. Our room was a great size & very clean
Disliked: I'd read they only provide 1 pillow each so we bought ours with us. This isn't a huge problem though

Car park dilemma

Liked: Convenient for our route south
Disliked: I have checked all my correspondence, both with Booking. Com and with the hotel and no six figure access code for the car park was received. This meant we had to wait for some considerable time until someone else aŕrived and was able to let us in.A 5.30 start in the morning was then further delayed because the key pad on the inside of the car park would not accept the 6 figure code (which I had once we booked into the hotel) Eventually, in desperation, I exited the car park via the pedestrian gate and tried the code on the outside of the car park, an hey!, it worked, we were then able to leave.

Exceptional

Liked: The manager was very friendly and give us all the information we need. He prepared also an excellent breakfast. You noticed that he loved his job. This was the best Ibis we had ever had.
Disliked: Nothing
