Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I thought the price (for the Ibis Budget) was too much for the sparse room provided. The Campanile hotel I stayed in on return was beautiful and £15 to £20 pounds cheaper.

Great over night stay when...

Liked: The rooms were very basic but perfect for a sleep over. No brew kit in your room but there is items in the foyer. Bus stop right outside the hotel to visit the centre of Rouen. Secure parking round the back of the hotel if required at no extra cost. Pizzas were great from the small bar.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect value for our brief...

Liked: Breakfast was brilliant and the room suited our needs perfectly, a quick overnight stay that we could all be together as a family thanks to the baby cot provided.

Liked: Convenient location. Beds were comfy. Big bathroom- wheelchair accessible.
Disliked: The room was hot and had a musty/mouldy smell. The budget end of the hotel seemed just the end that hadn’t had a renovation in years. We checked in at the ibis style end of the hotel, felt like we were really put in our place as we walked the long corridor until we reached the old shabby blue carpet which denoted the change to the budget end of the hotel.
