Disliked: The room was late by 3 hours but they were helpful considering it was a concert, we were late to the concert and had bad standing area but there was a fully booked hotel and 80,000 people at the concert. So maybe they didn’t expect to be so busy. Other than that they were super helpful and gave free breakfast.
