The stay was perfect and...

Liked: The property was clean the room was perfect and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful to assist what public transport to get to the city and tourists attractions.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like about the property is where it is located as it seemed to be a dangerous area of Paris at night time like any other city anywhere. But it’s not to far away from the city as the metro is only up the road from it and it’s only about €20 for a taxi back from the city to the hotel.

Liked: The beds were relatively comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows we were given them.
Disliked: Confusion with booking dates having been changed and the receptionist being extremely rude. Lack of empathy especially when i had my booking in black and white and we were travelling with a child. Luckily the manager sorted it out in the end.

Disliked: The breakfasts cutlery, trays and coffee mugs were not cleaned properly

Liked: The check in and check out were really easy. There's also a microwave and vending machines in the lobby
Disliked: It was quite far from the metro and tram

Liked: Location close to peripheric route.
Disliked: First room was horrible with a smell of toilet so intense that I had to ask to give me other one from other floor because everything there was with the same dirty appearance. But the staff was very nice and friendly and gave me a standard room with classical features from Ibis Budget hotel.
