Disliked: My room was dirty and the bed was not done when I asked a lady. She say this is not my job. I have problem with my feet. I cannot make your bed up there. My room floor was sticky. I look a housekeeping I say, can you clean down? She say I am alone. I have a lot to do I already make your room when I go to take my breakfast in the morning the lady who walking in the breakfast restaurant she behave. Very rude with me. One man’s going looking the lady speak the coffee machine no working needs maintenance. I did not ask anything to her. I try to go to the reception to take one plastic glass to take my cappuccino up there my room she stopped me listen why you’re going to reception I’m walking alone. I can’t do anything. You have to wait. I was shocked because everyone looking how she talk about me I said a lady. I did not say nothing why you speak like that to me, she say, Madame you misunderstand and have a lot to do. This is not my problem. I can understand everyone walking sometime it’s very heart . I know that sometime it’s not easy when you are working hotel I said it’s OK. No problem when I’m eating she coming again say Madame you speak French. I say yes I’m coming to explain if you have a problem. I’m walking here. You don’t need to go to the reception. I try to explain. I go to take a plastic glass that’s why me go to the reception. OK OK no problem that’s it.

Liked: Nothing about this hotel is good. Very dirty. Rude staff. You better sleep on the streets instead of wasting your money on this hotel.
Disliked: Attitude of staff. Very dirty room. When I complained to a staff member, I was told "Paris is dirty so you shouldn't expect anything differently." I booked and paid for 3 nights but I left the hotel after just spending a night there.

Disliked: The sink was blocked and when I reported it to reception they told there was no maintenance person available.
