Liked: The location, dog friendly, secure parking.
Disliked: If I’m staying with a dog, a room on the ground floor would be easier.

Liked: Very limited selection of food. The coffee machine didn't work properly. Dirty tables.
Disliked: It is a dump. Don't go there.

Very budget but as expected...

Liked: Room was very clean. Helpful staff. Good location for getting tram into the centre if Orleans
Disliked: Despite it being cool and rainy and having the window open, the room was very hot and stuffy. Pillow very small and too soft and no extras available. No kettle in room. Shower bracket broken so had to hold shower whilst showering. No hand towell.

Good rooms - note breakfast...

Liked: Requested adjoining rooms for our family of 5 - this was granted
Disliked: When booking the triple rooms it very clearly stated ‘breakfast included in price.’ Booked and paid for on this basis - as it seemed a good deal when comparing to other options. Additionally, used the ‘breakfast included’ on the filter system on booking.com to filter down the options. On arrival, told breakfast was NOT included and were an additional fee.

Disliked: the beds are very soft and the pillow are very hard. this is not the most comfortable combination. I had neck pain afterwards.
