Disappointing stay for the price,...
Liked: The building looks neat from the outside and the location near the airport is convenient.
Disliked: The price-quality ratio was disappointing. We paid €130 for one night, plus €15 for parking. There was a lot of noise during the night, likely from music on the parking or other guests, which made it difficult to sleep.We had made a double booking by mistake and informed the hotel early in the morning by email and also twice at the reception. We were told we would receive a quick response, but after a five days and and five follow-ups, we still haven’t heard anything.The staff were friendly but not able to help and kept referring us to a manager who was not available. It gave the impression that guest service and follow-up are not a priority and there is no manager at all.

Terrible!!!
Liked: At the Bar it is possible to get Pizza or Pasta still at 10 PM.
Disliked: Terrible! Absolutely terrible! In the first room the toilet was dirty, the bathroom not cleaned and the curtains full of stains. We told the reception about the toilet and they gave us an alternative room. This was not cleaned as well. The door stood open and it was full of dust and spider webs. Furthermore, the pillows were dirty. So we went to the reception again. The guy at the reception now came with us to the third room, by that time it was already 23:00. The trashcan was full and it was dust everywhere. Because we were really tired, I asked for a vaccum cleaner and a cloth to clean myself. He insisted to clean himself and told us he will be back in five minutes. After twenty minutes and seeing ants crawling on the floor I called Booking.com to get a refund and leave for another hotel. They tried to call the reception but did not get through, altough the guy sat at the reception. So we went to him. He said he has to ask the manager to approve the refund, but there is no chance that he will call him during night. He just printed me the receed and we left short before midnight.Absolutely terrible experience!
