Terrible!!!

Liked: At the Bar it is possible to get Pizza or Pasta still at 10 PM.
Disliked: Terrible! Absolutely terrible! In the first room the toilet was dirty, the bathroom not cleaned and the curtains full of stains. We told the reception about the toilet and they gave us an alternative room. This was not cleaned as well. The door stood open and it was full of dust and spider webs. Furthermore, the pillows were dirty. So we went to the reception again. The guy at the reception now came with us to the third room, by that time it was already 23:00. The trashcan was full and it was dust everywhere. Because we were really tired, I asked for a vaccum cleaner and a cloth to clean myself. He insisted to clean himself and told us he will be back in five minutes. After twenty minutes and seeing ants crawling on the floor I called Booking.com to get a refund and leave for another hotel. They tried to call the reception but did not get through, altough the guy sat at the reception. So we went to him. He said he has to ask the manager to approve the refund, but there is no chance that he will call him during night. He just printed me the receed and we left short before midnight.Absolutely terrible experience!

Liked: Beds were comfortable, staff were really friendly. Lots of charging points. Even had an English channel on the tv which kept the child happy.

Overpriced, fails to detail and...

Liked: The location and the tranquility.
Disliked: The toilet was not cleaned properly. There were some brown stains near the faucet that I assume were makeup. There were not enough bath towels and no hair dryer. We are a couple with one child and we paid for a double bed and a single bed. When we arrived, we couldn't see our daughter's bed because it was hidden against the wall, so we had to make her bed because the pillow and blanket were tied to a belt. Early in the morning, because the light was weak and we arrived late, I noticed that her bed sheet was very dirty and the base of the bed was full of dust. No place to put our luggage. Only 2 coat hangers. The room was so small that it was uncomfortable. To park behind the hotel, in the open air, we paid 15 euros. Charged us 15 Euro for our Pekingese. The breakfast is also 15 euros per person, but the variety is so bad, the charcuterie was dried (especially the cheese slices), no fruit, the apple juice was watery, they didn't replace the bread, we ate a bread with ham, cheese, a coffee and a small cup of orange juice for 30 euros. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.
