This is an ideal hotel, not too far from the train station with shops available within 1 mile. The reception staff is well trained and their customer service is very good. Sanitation is a top priority there and it was manifested in their positive approach to cleanliness. The room I stayed in was very nice, convenient, clean and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to the Ibis Hotel and will certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wales for an event and other occasions. Cheers !

Liked: Staff excellent - room very basic - location right next to M4 but I still slept - I probably wouldnt choose it again. If I pay for a breakfast its usually cooked not a bit bread and cheese with serial.
