Liked: The room smelt really bad when I came in . I thought I could put up with it . The bench was dusty like no one had been there for weeks . But it smelt like someone had taken there boots off ( after a big day ) and then smoked 10 cigarettes in a row . Then the bathroom was dirty . And the smell was also in the bed , so even after a shower I felt like I still smelt like the smell of the room , which was feet , fart salami smoke !! I don’t smoke .. and I thought the rooms were non smoking. I was very disappointed. 😞
Disliked: As above . The smell permeated through everything . My clothes my bag and everything I had . It followed me to the event I was going to and then to my house .

Just ok

Liked: Cheap and convenient
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the air conditioner, it was really cold. I couldn't turn it off with remote so had to turn it off at the wall. Not enough blankets, luckily as I was alone I could take the one from the bunk which was only just adequate. Reception staff was lukewarm on arrival. No TV remote in the room, luckily I discovered this before reception closed and brought me a replacement. Not a big deal as it was just for white noise but it should have dealt with by cleaning staff.

Incredibly poor

Liked: The girl at the front counter was amazing.
Disliked: First room had a lizard in the room, TV antenna broken and no soap.Second room they gave us the TV remote was broken then the bed wires were poking into us - impossible to lay on let alone sleep on.Third room upgraded to a king room and the sink was blocked.This hotel is a mess and not being maintained - if you are going to stay here book the king room as the mattress is good.......DONT book the cheap room as the mattress is the worst I have ever witnessed

Criminal behaviour watch out

Liked: Not much except staff were nice.
Disliked: The fact not only did they dubble book my room but the let strangers in and gave them my room with my stuff in the room while I was out. Then earlier that week on Tuesday trying to book a room for Saturday app reset the date I was trying to book and didn't catch it till I booked it and I rang and emailed about this issue and they cancelled it and still charged me for a room that I didn't even get. This place is a disgrace will never go back and might need to seek legal advice for the criminal behaviour!
