Liked: Nothing was dirty staff rude and came straight into our room
Disliked: Everything staff are rude place was dirty was terrible

Only there for four days...

Liked: Was not impressed large step up to the bathroom water pressure was good in shower but cramped. Bed overall comfortable however the doonas had stains all over it so consequently I took off the bed. pillows were good. Room was small but enough for one person. did ask to be moved as I couldn't manage the step up to the bathroom due to a back injury and that was attended to. went to a disabled room much bigger and bathroom all on one level. Staff were excellent the cleaning staff were good to ask questions and get extras if needed. however, my first room had cobwebs in it behind the door and ceiling. This review was from my wife as she was the one who experienced Newcastle.
Disliked: Microwave in the room would be better that one at the reception. a choice of cereals would be good also
