Quite nice budget chain option.

Liked: One of the many budget chain hotels in France but this one was partnered with a more upscale version of the same chain so the reception, restaurant and public space offerings were quite good. A big supermarket across the road and some good eating options kind of nearby (Le Wilton was an excellent bar/bistro). Loads of parking albiet a bit squeezy at times. The room was a bit larger than most of the budget chains and was clean and modern enough.
Disliked: This is really a place for those with a car and the walk into town is a bit long and the wharf area you walk through is a bit overrated except for Les Machines D'Ile. We only took the walk as the route had been touted on social media as worthwhile! There is a bus station and a tram not too far away. Albeit one of the better "budget" options it was not cheap.

Liked: Breakfast was available and there was a restaurant in the hotel for dinner.
Disliked: Room was small and did not have enough space for our clothing. Also, there were no face towels nor hand towels.

Disliked: Rooms 51-55 should not be used for accommodation, they are ground floor next to cleaning staff warehouses and are not safe since the room window is in the parking area.
