Rude receptionist and bedbug found

Liked: It was close to the highway so if you're passing by, it's a decent place to stay with a big parking lot to park your car.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were met rudely and nonchalantly by one of the girls at the reception. Then when we got to our room, we started inspecting it due to the rumours France is tied to when it comes to bedbugs and lo and behold, we found a bedbug under the mattress between the bed planks. We went and told the reception (luckily the rude girl was no longer there so we got help by another girl) who apologised and changed our room to a different floor but it still felt uneasy staying in that hotel due to the experience.

Liked: Water stations for guests, dogs accepted & friendly staff
Disliked: Room was a little too warm & had to get up in the night to speak to staff who did give me a fan which helped.

Clean tidy but very small...

Liked: Staff polite and helpful. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms are too small for 3 people. No storage, no room to move
