Disliked: we noted one month earlier (also paid %100) we would arrive with our 1 year old baby at 11-12 pm they are not arranged baby cot.they have brought broken one, we ask for new one then half hour later they have brought another one. there is nothing inside of baby cot only sheet. we want duvet beacuse temparature in the room is not okey inside, but answer is in big hotel they told they don't have extra duvet they have !Room temparature was not ok and appropriate, we could not arrange air conditiniong we try to talk about changing temparatue of air conditioning, but again their answer was it was central and you can not change. it is only fan and their temparature level and it is cold. it was april 5 evening and not hot during the day our baby has got cold.personel was really rude and indifferent. breakfast is poor.since many years I am visiting countries and hotels but this one is especially worst of all.my advice do not book it although it is late and near airport , just go directly to city or another hotel. some amount of money there are many of them you can find.
