Good location, very clean, but...

Disliked: Noisy, shabby, cramped, no hairdryer

Perfect short stay.

Liked: Perfect location. Close to everything and with tram stops on both sides. Rooms were quiet enough and have everything you need. Will stay again when next in town.
Disliked: All good.

A nice stay. Lovely staff...

Liked: The receptionist and other staff members were so lovely and accommodating. The first room we stayed in the shower wasn’t working and they happily moved us to a different room. My partner also dropped his debit card and the staff picked it up and made sure it wasn’t stolen. Also a fantastic location, everything was within walking distance.
Disliked: The rooms were slightly unclean, definitely not vacuumed under the bed and had a slight smell of cigarettes but none of that really bothered us especially for the price. The first room we were in the shower wasn’t running but they fixed us up with a room with a working shower.

Disliked: The dated rooms it's a pity they spend no money on them, I have been coming here now for roughly 6 years up to twice a year and no updating or refurbishment has been done.Sad really for a major brand

Liked: Travelled solo and this stay had the bare minimum which is all I needed for a 2 night stay, no complaints there! I arrived at the hotel at 10am to store my luggage before check-in but the staff said the room was ready and let me check-in early
Disliked: The TV didn't work, it kept saying no signal even if it was connected to the hotel wifi. The shower only had 2 sliding doors and then a gap, it didn't really bother me much but the cold was coming in
