Disappointing

Disliked: The side lamp didn’t work, neither did one of reading lights. The first room I was given already had someone in there. There was also banging throughout the night which was very scary

Very overpriced for the very...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The continuous noise from the commercial vent outside which sounded like a thunderstorm!!! Lack of even a water glass .
