If you want budget and...

Liked: Budget is the keyword. You very much get a room that is nothing more than somewhere to place your bags snd rest your body. If you get it at a cheap rate it’s fine but if you got to pay a higher value very much not worth it being a Budget stay.
Disliked: The reverse cycle unit didn’t work so in the middle of winter couldn’t have a heated room. Only offered a small portable table top heater instead. The mini bar fridge bare kept sealed and wasn’t very cool at all and the room light was very dim and at time lights wouldn’t even work or took awhile took turn in after inserting card into socket. Beside lamp didn’t even work it was broken as well.

Brilliant location if you don’t...

Liked: The position. It’s in the best part of Melbourne. Brilliant. Great restaurants etc just around the corner.
Disliked: The bathroom is just a shower curtain in the corner so no privacy. The lights were so dim you can’t see what you’re doing and there were no bed lamps. No heater so we had to go ask for a fan heater. I would have liked a bathroom with a door for the price.

Liked: Kind hearted staff.
Disliked: First floor access must be strictly to customers and not for outsiders.
