ibis budget Manchester Salford Quays

This hotel is very convenient being within walking distance of the cricket and football grounds. Very friendly, well organised staff and a clean but basic room.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room; not enough pillows.

Never again

Disliked: I though having to pay for parking defeated the whole purpose of it being a budget hotel and charging £4 to use a kettle is diabolical.

Disliked: Filth. The hallways stunk and had thick grime/dust across the carpet with stains scattered across the walls. The room wasn’t much better, dirt on the pillows, hair in the shower and the toilet had been used and not flushed. I know it’s budget but basic hygiene come on. Didn’t even unpack, left and found somewhere else to stay.

Simply what I needed.

Liked: Simple and reasonably priced.
Disliked: TV only had 2 channels that seemed to work.
