ibis budget Manchester Centre Pollard Street

Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

The hotel was perfect for me - good price, clean and had everything I required for one night's stay.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Liked: Great location for the coop live arena. Clean - everything was new and a fresh feel
Disliked: There was no kettle or drink making facilities. Toliet space was like a cupboard but fine for just an overnight stay.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Room looked tired and in need of redecorating.

Dismal, bleak

Liked: It felt like sleeping in a bathroom. Everything about this place was budget. I've stayed in better YHAs.
Disliked: There was nothing about it I liked!

Disliked: The breakfast didn’t cater for the someone who is dairy free had nothing in place all the pastries and cakes all contained milk they was no other milk choice to be able to have cereal and that’s all they had for £8.50 I couldn’t believe they didn’t cater for people with intolerance
