Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.
Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.
Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!
Liked: Nothing was good!
Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Comfortable beds. Clean. VERY bad...
Liked: The room and hotel were very clean & airy. It was walkable to where we needed to go to. The beds were comfortable & the air-conditioning was quiet.
Disliked: There was 1 roll of toilet roll in a 3 person room & we were staying 2 days. The room was classed had three beds (so clearly not aimed at just couples) but the shower screen faced into the bedroom & was partially clear. The toilet was so near to the door, our knees hit off it. Just have a proper bathroom, enclosed, where you have room to move & dont have to clip a towel over the shower screen. We are a family but our daughter is an adult & apart from staying with VERY young children, the shower situation is ridiculous. The shelf at the side of the bed near the shower has a gap between the shelf & the wall. Stuff falls through it constantly. Why not just extend it a few inches so this doesn't happen.

Great location and clean
Liked: Clean and simple. The staff are friendly and put fresh towels in each day. It’s only a short walk into the city centre and perfect location for COOP Arena
