Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

The hotel was perfect for me - good price, clean and had everything I required for one night's stay.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Liked: The location,the price and staff were friendly enough.
Disliked: The main reason was the cleanliness of the room,it was dirty,the light switches were dirty, suspicious stains everywhere, hairs hangin from bed.It wasn't a pleasant experience,I slept on top of the covers as I was apprehensive about actually turning the covers over to see what was underneath.The toilet was clean,another thing was the sink in the bedroom that was slightly weird,it was cheap but I stil expect the room to be clean and unfortunately it wasn't.

Liked: Closer to the city.
Disliked: 2 of my friends and I are seniors. There no way I climb on a bunk bed in a small room so they put us to another bigger room and still bunk bed so we took the mattress out from the bunk bed to put on the floor. Also the shower screen is a see through and definitely no hot water.

Liked: Things were clean and maintained, as expected facilities were basic but it was amazing value for money. Good location just 10/15 mins walk from bars restaurants etc in city centre. Nearby car park at the metro station was good value too, £6.50 for 24 hours!
