ibis budget Manchester Centre Pollard Street

Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

The hotel was perfect for me - good price, clean and had everything I required for one night's stay.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Disliked: Only one pillow . Room very small no tea or coffee making facilities and you had to pay £3.50 if you wanted a tray and kettle.

Liked: Staff were really helpful and welcoming, the hotel was comfortable and very clean. You wouldnt think it was ‘budget’.
